18ct Yellow Gold Tamboli Diamond Ring
This sweet ring has a gorgeous old world charm. The centre tamboli diamond has a delightful greenish hue and is surrounded with a halo of fifteen corner bead set petite finest white diamonds in the circular setting. A matte hand finish has been applied to the band.
Green diamonds are thought to form due to the effects of natural radiation in the rocks surrounding them where they are found. The radiation produces defects in the crystal structure of the diamond which cause electrons to be trapped. They in turn interact with light to produce the green colour. Naturally colored green diamonds are unusual and extremely rare. This diamond in this ring is one of a kind.
